With HPC Ukraina, HPC is engaged into a direct shareholdership of a mid-sized container terminal (Odessa). This growing operation was originally designed and supplied with an IT solution, and operations were managed by HPC. In addition, HPC has two subsidiaries (HPTI Hamburg Port Training Institute GmbH and UNICONSULT Universal Transport Consulting GmbH) to address further business fields.
