Mr. Daniel Bordessa, Managing Director at Cyrus Capital Partners in London focussed on European and international investments in public and private companies across the capital structure, including providing growth capital. Prior to joining Cyrus at the beginning of 2005, Daniel was an Executive Director at Lazard, the international investment bank, in London where he gained extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions and debt restructurings advising on many of the largest mergers and acquisitions and restructuring transactions in Europe and North America. Mr. Bordessa also has a background in investment banking in both Europe and Canada and has completed both his MBA and an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree.

Cyrus Capital Partners, L.P. is a multi-billion dollar registered investment adviser with offices in London, New York and Connecticut. Cyrus invests across the capital structure of leveraged companies throughout their life cycles and seeks to generate attractive absolute returns that are not correlated to or dependant on the general equity and fixed income markets.
