Prior to joining Melford, Mr. Fowlie was Deputy Chairman and Head of Investment Banking for Westwind Partners Inc, a Canadian Investment Banking firm. Mr. Fowlie brings to his position close to 40 years of experience in corporate and investment banking as well as private equity investing as a partner in Edgestone Capital Partners. His focus will be on managing the financing for all aspects of the Melford project.

An active participant in community organizations throughout his career he is currently involved with the Sunnybrook Hospital Foundation, Toronto and is the chair of Outward Bound Canada.
